The waste paper generated at Airports Authority of India (AAI) office in Delhi and NCR will be recycled and sold back to the organization as visiting cards, folders and file covers. Recently, the AAI’s women’s social wing (Kalyanmayee) started the first paper recycling unit in Delhi. At present about 16-17 people all belonging to the economically weaker sections have been trained and employed at the unit. By early next year, similar units will be started in Mumbai and Chennai.
