The Nashik Municipal Corporation has cautioned the sanitary workers against burning dry leaves and litter. NMC had in the past issued fines against garbage burning by deducting र 50 from the guilty sanitary workers. Garbage burning has been a cause of concern for environmentalists who have demanded that the NMC take strict actions against those found guilty.
