Clean-up Marshals

If everything goes fine, Mumbai will soon have clean-up marshals again. However, this time the contract would be given to women self-help groups in one or two wards. The marshals would not have the right to fine doctors and dispensaries for bio-medical wastes, which will instead be handled by assistant commissioners and assistant engineers (SWM) of the concerned municipal wards.
