A cleanliness drive is being launched in six major cities of Chhattisgarh Raipur, Bilaspur, Bhilai, Durg, Rajnandgaon and Korba under the Centre-sponsored programme. While German Technical Corp will prepare the plan for the state capital Raipur, Lucknow-based Regional Centre for Urban and Environmental Studies will do the same for five other cities.
