The Delhi government has decided to install 68 deep collection system bins at 20 locations in the national capital to ensure cleanliness during the Commonwealth Games in October. The MCD will install these bins which will be partially above and partially below the ground level. Rag-pickers, stray dogs and cattle will not be able to reach the waste. The waste from these bins will be collected mechanically through cranes.
