Ecolab Inc has purchased the assets of the Cleantec business of Campbell Brothers Ltd, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Cleantec is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of cleaning and hygiene products principally within the Australian food and beverage processing, food service, hospitality and textile care markets. Sales of the business are approximately US$55 million.
With sales of $6 billion and more than 26,000 associates, Ecolab caters to food service, food and beverage processing, healthcare and hospitality markets in more than 160 countries, including India.
