HAPPY NEW YEAR, READERS! s we step into 2025, discussions
surrounding the Union Budget
are gaining momentum. With
expectations for increased
Aprioritisation of infrastructure
development, sustainability and technology-driven
growth, experts anticipate higher allocations
for urban development initiatives, including
sanitation and waste management. This focus
could further raise the demand for sustainable
cleaning technologies, strengthen public-private
partnerships and possibly introduce subsidies for
eco-friendly products.
Significantly, healthcare, real estate,
manufacturing, technology, and education are
experiencing growth across the country. The
number of healthcare and hospitality facilities in
Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities have increased and will
continue to grow.
Correspondingly, investments in cleaning
technologies and services have surged in the
hospitality, real estate, and commercial sectors.
Demand for robotic cleaners, eco-friendly
products, and smart waste management systems
is emerging as a key trend. At the same time,
cleaning operations are increasingly driven by
real-time data. While IoT-based collection of data
is stabilizing, understanding and deducing the
right information for making informed decisions is
still taking its time.
Specifically focusing on facility management
services, the transformation through data
analysis in alignment with sustainability goals
takes priority. Additionally, staying updated on
innovations in products, robotics, green solutions,
effective waste recycling and critical cleaning is
crucial.
