The client initiated discussions with service providers for providing 30 personnel. We then suggested a survey and converted the proposal completely to advanced mechanised cleaning solution. With our expertise and continuous experimentation, we introduced robotic scrubbers with no manning required. However, since this is in the initial phase of AI, we strongly believe that constant feedback to develop the AI is required to succeed in the future.
Generally, people tend to get their associates deployed in washrooms to clean toilets manually with toilet brushes and of course with the required PPE. But we have a more employee-centric approach. We deployed foaming machines for toilets which practically delivers 500 sq ft deep cleaning in just 15 minutes rather than 40 minutes, which was covered during deep cleaning earlier. Also, there is no need for R6 cleaners which are acidic in nature. In fact, there is no more usage of scotch brite and toilet brushes.
Choosing ride-on dry mop machines which can cover upto 60,000 sq ft reduces the fatigue among our associates while cleaning the shop floor; such initiatives to best equip our associates yields the best results.
Apart from this, we have deployed our ride-on scrubbers to cover 3 lakh sq ft area. With such advanced mechanisation, the need for manpower is limited and our customers are happy as well.
We have also introduced battery-operated mini scrubbers which can be used on staircases and also cover corners and areas where a single disc machine cannot reach.

Initially, the RFQ was floated for five units with uniformity of manpower (20) and a walk behind scrubber in Chennai, Pune, Bahadurgarh, Pithampur and Kenjhor. We requested for a survey and turned the tables by providing the required mechanised cleaning solution, gaining the client’s confidence on our IP towards mechanisation and sense of partnering with them.
All the plants were 20-year plus in operations and were up for renovation; such guidance and suggestions add to the client’s resolve that no one else can maintain the service better.
We successfully mobilised resources and are serving satisfied customers. This approach enabled the initiation of green belt development by us with the help of an on-board horticulturist, who provided the requisite sketches and inputs.
