Forum on sanitation and hygiene

Raising awareness on water, sanitation and on hygiene issues in underdeveloped and developing countries, the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC) is organising ‘Global Forum on Sanitation and Hygiene’ from October 9-14, 2011 in Mumbai.

The forum is a platform for WASH (The Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) professionals from around the world in sanitation and hygiene fields.

More than 500 WSSCC members, sector professionals, country agency representatives and individuals from civil society, business and WSSCC partner organizations are expected to attend the show. The WASH fair will be showcasing practical innovations and successful approaches in sanitation and hygiene programmes.

It will be a platform for the practitioners to make short presentations and discuss issues & successes with conference attendees in an informal atmosphere.
