Facilities Management is more than just providing services like engineering or security services etc. It involves a range of such support services that are required to run an organisation. There is a need to understand the requirements of the client and also put forward the view by service providers on adopting the correct combination of manpower, machines, materials, and methods for effective and efficient results.

Through these seminars we come to know about the perceived standards on up keeping a facility and also the modes to achieve them. I am sure, the valuable inputs by the speakers will help us provide better services for our clients.
Abhinav Burman, Director, Brighton Facility India Maintenance Services LLP

The panel members of “Changing face of Real Estate Management and how it leverages technology” session were absolutely right. It is true, technology has pretty much entered every sphere of our life. Technology driven FM solutions have less human intervention and add to the futuristic feel of the project. Most of these features/amenities are not restricted to the elite or premium projects any more. Even the averagely priced buildings have automated FM systems because these relate to convenience and safety more than just luxury! We appreciate the efforts of organiser in putting together a remarkable seminar/summit on FM.
Neeraj Redhu, Director, SK Facility Management Services Pvt Ltd

Building green means being more effective during its construction and operational phase in the use of valuable resources such as energy, water, materials, and land than conventional building. The purpose is to essentially modify the built environment by forming energy-efficient, healthy, and productive buildings that minimise the major effects of structures on urban life and global environments. As Mili Mazumdar, Senior Director of TERI rightly said, what is required is the drastic change in the attitude and the awareness towards energy efficiency.
Goutam Surana, Founder, Neo Systek

The seminar showed methods on how the service provider could address customer expectations. The sessions were very beneficial in terms of the subject that touched upon many topics providing with insights on supply chain management, impact of technology and other key areas of Facility Management

The summit was a good platform for facility management professionals to network with industry experts and know the growth & development happening across the world. All the topics discussed were pertinent and were of great importance. It was a good learning experience. The organisers should come up with similar expert panel members for the future shows/seminars

I felt the day was highly valuable, it was spectacular! This kind of education is something that should, and hopefully will, be embedded into required curricula for facilities management industry professionals and I wish you much success as you continue to bring it forward.” The event was well coordinated, nice place, food and ambience.

The theme was good and it was any way far ahead of other summit organized in Mumbai by other groups. There   were a mix of professionals and it was enlightening to hear their perspectives on some of the challenges we encounter while working with the facilities management group of people.
