Improving food hygiene

Thiruvananthapuram City Corporation has issued notices to hotels and eateries in the city that closure will be initiated against those who fail to comply with sanitation and food safety standards. Notices were issued to four hotels in Nanthencode circle and six hotels in the Kazhakuttam circle. The hotels have also been warned against keeping cooked food uncovered.
