Inventa Cleantech installs bus cleaning system

Rajasthan State Transport Corporation recently installed a bus-cleaning plant in Jaipur for cleaning the traditional and indigenous bus bodies. The equipment for the bus washing plants were provided by Inventa Cleantech. Inventa has already installed similar systems at DTC’s Bus Depot for cleaning New Tata marcopolo & Ashok Leyland buses and at Gujarat State Transport Bus depots for cleaning the bus bodies. Karan Thapar, Director of Inventa Cleantec Pvt Ltd said, “There is an increased awareness level in automobile industry for mechanised cleaning. There are a couple of players in the market but we offer state-of-the-art technology and automation with after sales service supported by our 35 strong dealer network. The operator does not require an advanced technical knowledge to operate because the machines are designed to be automated. We have successfully installed four plants with two more in the pipeline.”

The indigenous Auto Bus Wash from Inventa can completely wash the bus from outside in six minutes. While the Hot Wave from Inventa, a dry steam cleaner is ideal for degreasing the engine and the battery area. The SV 3000, a steam vacuum cleaner imported from Italy, is a combination of vacuum with steam defumigation to remove the oil stains from windows. The Estro Upholstery Vacuum Cleaner, also from Italy is an injection extraction machine. The upholstery cleaner simultaneously injects detergent and extracts dirt & detergent residue.

Thapar further added, “Anyone who has traveled in state owned and state operated buses is well aware of the current state of hygiene. The need for mechanised cleaning has been there for some time. With mechanized cleaning of the buses, the passengers should be able to get a clean ride.”
