IPC India opens new office in Pune

With expanding business, IPC India has opened a new office along with a large warehouse facility in Pune. Imminent facility management companies, builders, distributors and others graced the occasion.

Inaugurating the new office, Chetan Chordia of Panchshil Realty, said, “We have been using IPC products for the last four years and are very happy with the service and the machine.”

Speaking to Clean India Journal, Tony Chazhoor, Managing Director, IPC India, said, “IPC India is growing consistently year on year and will continue to grow. We are now offering complete range of machines and tools to our customers.”

When it comes to choosing a vendor, Kunal Jasani, General Manager-Supply Chain, Dusters Total Solutions Services, said, “It is important to get the entire range of machine from a single vendor, second the after sales services should be good, good inventory of spares availability and presence in strategic locations. IPC has been able to meet expectations.

“There is always a price war when it comes to purchasing a machine, but it is the running cost of the machine that actually matters and with IPC we have not experienced any such high costs. In addition, the training support is good and can be further expanded,” he added.

“The quality of the machine and services have made us prefer IPC products which are customised to meet our requirement. We have been using IPC machines for the last two years for industrial cleaning purposes,” said Nilesh Pensalwar, Manager-Administration, CLR Facility Services Pvt. Ltd.
