ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam becomes Interclean Amsterdam

The name of the world-leading cleaning and hygiene show that attracts professional cleaning businesses from across the globe, has officially been changed from ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam to Interclean Amsterdam. This follows the recent announcement that RAI Amsterdam and ISSA have come to the decision to end their alliance and pursue separate ventures.

The change to the show’s title takes place with immediate effect – and becomes the brand name for all future RAI Amsterdam events for the professional cleaning industry. Interclean’s goal is to create a cleaner, healthier living environment for all. And it will continue to be synonymous with the development of innovative products and solutions to overcome the cleaning and hygiene challenges of businesses everywhere.

The focus of the Interclean Amsterdam event itself will remain on fostering the environment for change and innovation within the professional cleaning industry. It will continue to represent companies displaying a broad range of cleaning products that covers machines, equipment, detergents and washroom– as well as solutions for the healthcare, industrial, institutional, retail and hospitality industries. A specialist healthcare pavilion will be introduced for the 2018 show.

“With the change to Interclean Amsterdam, we will continue to fulfil our role as the promoters of innovation within the professional cleaning industry,” said Rob den Hertog, Director Interclean. “We will keep our global focus, strengthen our strategy across the entire event, and go wherever the industry needs us to be. The event is being created for professionals, by professionals.”
