NDMC plans to install ATMs in new toilet complexes

North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) has planned to install ATMs in newly constructed toilet complexes to earn extra revenue. The Corporation expects to create additional revenue to reduce financial deficit.  Under this provision, NDMC will invite tenders to build new 150 toilet complexes under its area of jurisdiction that will house ATMs too.  The new complexes will be constructed during a period of 120 days.  The agency has directed authorities to develop design for these new complexes, which can accommodate ATMs too. The extra revenue earned from these complexes will be used to provide better sanitation services to the users.
