The Indian Pest Control Association has extended support to Clean India Technology Week 2017. While, pest management has been a part of the Clean India Shows since 2005, for the first time, CTW 2017 will have a special pavilion for Pest Management, showcasing the much-needed solutions to address the increasing pest issues across the country, especially South India.
In response to the demand from the hospitality, healthcare and other segments in South India for specific pest solutions, “we have decided to include a Pavilion for Pest Management in the Clean India Show. We hope to see the latest solutions to tackle the increasing health problems owing to lack of proper pest management systems,” said J.P. Nair, Managing Director of Virtual Info Systems Pvt. Ltd.
Accordingly, to a brief survey conducted by Clean India Journal, the most prevalent pest issues cited in South India include, rodents, mosquitoes, cockroach and pigeons, especially in the hospitality and healthcare segments. VIS has organised a special Buyers’ Meet during the Hospitality Connect session where pest experts will also address the pest problems of leading hotels in a panel discussion.
We are pleased to join hands with Virtual Info Systems. The CTW 2017 will be an ideal platform to reach out to the right audience with the latest technology and solutions. It will also provide an opportunity to our members to network and spread awareness among end users on the need to engage with certified service providers,” said Raju Parulkar, President, Indian Pest Control Association.
