The inaugural editions of the Plastics Recycling Show India (PRSI) 2024 and UTECH India — Sustainable Polyurethane and Foam Expo (ISPUF) 2024 marked a significant step forward in India’s pursuit of sustainability and material innovation. Organized by Media Fusion and Crain Communications, the events attracted industry leaders, policymakers and innovators, setting new benchmarks for responsible waste management and sustainable product development.

PRSI 2024 showcased the latest advancements by more than 120 exhibitors and its conference addressed critical issues such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), recycling technologies and regulatory frameworks. The inaugural Plastics Recycling Awards India recognized outstanding contributions to the sector, with companies like Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd, Pashupati Group, DOMO Engineering Plastics India, Ishitva Robotic Systems, and Banyan Nation receiving accolades for their innovative and sustainable practices.

Simultaneously, ISPUF 2024, highlighted cutting-edge polyurethane and foam innovations. The event’s knowledge-driven conference featured 18 expert speakers discussing sustainable PU applications, advanced manufacturing processes and regulatory developments. Upcoming editions promise expanded industry participation and deeper insights, further driving innovation and sustainability in these critical sectors.
