Purify Narmada

The Madhya Pradesh Government will launch a drive from Narmada River’s originating point at Amarkantak for purification and conservation of the river. Urban Administration and Development, Environment and other departments, Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board and industrial units will also participate in the drive. The drive involves state’s 53 cities on the banks of Narmada River, considered to be the state’s lifeline.
