Slum-free Hyderabad

Under the Rajiv Awas Yojana for National Slum Free City Campaign; the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation was recently allotted `250 crore to make Hyderabad city slum-free. The sanctioned amount would be spent on the physical and social infrastructural development of the slums. GHMC will also be providing temporary lighting systems and proper sanitation facilities.
