Surat Cleanest Station: Survey

Surat railway station has been ranked as the cleanest railway station in India, followed by Rajkot in Gujarat and Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. The survey by IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) based conducted on 40 parameters during January-February covered 407 railway stations in the country. A total of 1.34 lakh passengers took part in the survey under Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan.
