Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has signed an MoU with Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) to get technology to provide hygienic food products and services to the train passengers. The technology transfer will also help provide diverse regionspecific food products and extended shelf-life of identified products.
