The twin city of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack would soon get a common facility under PPP for proper handling and treating of waste. The facility would not only segregate the waste but would also convert the biodegradable into commercially viable compost.
The treatment facility to be set up by a private firm would also run and maintain it.
