          Developing an Algorithm for

          Preventive Maintenance





          Traditionally, facility maintenance has been a reactive rather
          than a preventive approach, where measures were taken
          following an equipment failure or any other malfunction.

          Consequently, such methods have often led to unexpected
          downtime, increased operational costs and inefficient resource

          allocation. Laying emphasis on being prepared well in advance,
          facility management companies like FFS and SILA believe in
          predictive, preventive, planned and proactive maintenance.
