               Technology Driven Infection Control

HAI is a serious concern. What are the systems
adopted by your hospital to control this?

Electronic monitoring of hand hygiene surveillance is a theme
that has been ongoing in many healthcare institutions. To combat
HAI, integrating patient characteristics and automated alerts in
electronic health records are being implemented.
                                                     Training is important…

Ongoing staff training has always been a critical component
of the HAI prevention strategy. User-responsive online training
modules along with asynchronous classes has improved the
participation of staff and provides opportunities for Infection
control professionals to reach out to busy clinical staff.

The recent successful models adopted and to be

and Control of Infection, training and surveillance is another area which is getting adopted in
               NMC Specialty Hospital, healthcare institutions.
Adoption of competency-based online training, technology-
