FM Service Providers Want Mechanisation-Automation- Digitisation

There have been revolutionary changes to the approach, application and adminstration of facility management operations across segments. Besides skilled manpower, there is a transition from partial or no manual intervention to digitalisation, automation, mechanisation and of course, robotics.

While robotics is yet to make its importance felt, mechanisation & automation has taken off with the deployment of latest equipment and IoT based solutions. However, is everything that FM requires available effortlessly. Probably not.

Next generation equipment are AI- and IoT-enabled that minimises errors, provides quality results and more over is customised to suit various applications. At a time when there is a shortage of skilled manpower, intelligent mechanisation and automation is the way forward.

Automation again needs customisation for each facility and each department of operations.
