Plastic Ban

The city of Kochi has once again decided to fight against the use of plastic that clogs up the drains and fills up the landfills. The ban on plastic below 50 microns will come into effect on March 1 that would provide the traders a window to sell off their already procured bags. The Municipal Corporation is planning awareness campaign and also strict enforcement of the ban this time around.
