Margao Municipal Corporation: Raising public hygiene standards
The Margao Municipal Council (administrative headquarters of Salcete taluka and South Goa district) has successfully started implementing door-to-door garbage collection in various wards and is encouraging locals in keeping ‘Margao Clean and Green’. Chief Officer of MMC, Deepali Naik has pulled all stops to see that the city maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
