Cycling for Green Delhi

Cycling enthusiasts, environmentalists, students and people from different walks of life participated in the 4th Climate Bicycle Ride in NewDelhi, pledging their support for a green Delhi and National Capital Region.The rally covering 11-km along the BRT corridor was organised by Delhi Cycling Club (DCC) and supported by The Open Planning Project (TOPP), Delhi Integrated Multi Modal Transit System (DIMTS), and Institute for Transportation Development & Policy (ITDP). The rally was aimed at raising awareness about climate change and rising vehicular pollution and promoting cycling, walking and public transport as the most healthy and environment-friendly way of commuting within the city.
