The robots are built for high-footfall, multilingual settings typical of medical-tourism destinations, with voice-recognition accuracy rated at 97 per cent even in noisy hospital lobbies. Nova additionally supports wayfinding to consultation rooms and can facilitate remote specialist consultations, easing pressure on front-desk staff and shortening queues through self-service navigation.

Autonomous

Kinetiq’s cleaning range centres on two units. The CleaniBot S55 Pro Ultraviolet-C (UVC) combines scrubbing, mopping and vacuum modes with 222-nanometre UVC and ozone-based disinfection, covering up to 1,197 square metres an hour, and is positioned for wards and corridors. The CleaniBot C5 is built for high-traffic zones, handling heavier soil loads at up to 1,980 square metres an hour with heavy-soil scrub, sweep and water-station-enabled modes. Both machines run scheduled and on-demand cycles timed to avoid patient-care hours, with optional High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration layered onto daily cleaning, and cloud dashboards that track coverage across the facility in real time.

Air Quality

Beyond surface cleaning, Kinetiq’s ecosystem extends to air-quality management. Continuous indoor Air Quality Index (AQI) sensors feed live data into facility dashboards linked to the company’s greeting robots, while outdoor AQI monitoring supports campus-wide planning. Dedicated sweeping robots handle dust suppression on driveways and courtyards around the clock, extending hygiene management beyond hospital interiors to the wider campus.
