Lowers cost of energy and labour

In July 2021, Borghi Brush Machinery Pvt Ltd launched its first Double Header Brush Tufting Machine Star Delta. This machine has received tremendous response from the brush industry. The first customer, who has now been using it for one month, has applauded this Make-in-India initiative and after-sales service and support. With the introduction of this machine, the brush industry will undergo a quantum change, providing brush manufacturers the option of increasing output, lowering energy cost as well as cost of labour, with zero compromise on the quality of the final product.

Features:

  • Precision coupled with non-stop productivity to meet the growing demand. There is no way that a customer can afford to lose time in setting up the machine with frequent breakdowns. The machine ensures continuous production, thereby saving labour and energy.
  • The brushes are tufted with Polypropylene and PET raw material. Both are recyclable materials, and can be considered eco-friendly.
  • Increased output, in comparison to Chinese machines which cost 1/3 the price but also give only 1/3 the productivity.

Applications:

The brushes manufactured by the machine can be used for household purposes as well as institutional uses in hotels, hospitals, universities and corporate offices. Institutional sales are gaining importance due to cleanliness and hygiene protocols required to be maintained.

Specifications:

Machine dimensions range between 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 2 m to 3 m x 1.5 m x 2 m (L x W x H)

Dual clamps

The company has also developed dual clamps for a few brush options for reducing labour and increasing output. Dual Clamp allows tufting of two brushes at a time. This helps two brushes to be made in one cycle, therefore the labour does not have to waste time in removing one brush at a time and replacing the same during tufting. Two brushes can be worked on at a time, reducing the labour and the cycle time.
