Railway officials have had their hands full as they try to remove illegal posters from inside the coaches of local trains. In the last three months, more than 15,000 posters were removed from different trains when the coaches arrived at the yard for regular maintenance.  Of these, 4,500 posters were removed in October alone. This data is from the Western Railways, and it would be much more if we consider the entire Indian Railways as a whole.

Cleaning these posters requires a lot of time, and efficiency and costs the Railways a lot of money. Sometimes, while removing the gum from the posters hard surfaces also get damaged, which results in damage to the property. These kinds of posters not only diminish the aesthetics of the coach but also have a negative impact on the cleaning and hygiene system. A clean train coach gives a positive vibe to the entire train journey.

Satol Chemicals STENZA – AR (Adhesive remover) cleans and easily removes stickers and leftover gum. STENZA was developed on special request from the Indian Railways to remove the problem of labels and remaining gum stains throughout the trains. This product has no irritation on human skin. It also has a fine odour and at the same time excellently performs as a remover. The unique combination of the organic solvent and the non-ionic surfactant makes this chemical stand apart from others.

Application:

  • STENZA AR is a ready-to-use product
  • Directly spray on the sticker or adhesive till the sticker is wet in solution. Then after 40 seconds remove the sticker and clean the surface with a dry cloth only.
