Sanitization Services

Request a quote

Clean. Disinfect. Get back to work. On-demand hygiene solutions for safer workplaces and public spaces.

Specialised cleaning, disinfection and sanitization support designed to help organisations maintain hygienic, decontaminated and work-ready environments. Carpet and upholstery cleaning, floor scrubbing and polishing, washroom deep cleaning, cafeteria deep cleaning and hygiene services — called in when you need them rather than running daily, and backed by a service fleet built for fast response.

Why Choose Tenon FM Sanitization?

Fast response, on demand

A contamination event, a failed audit or a reopening date does not wait for the next scheduled clean. 10+ service vehicles exist so the team and the equipment arrive when the need does.

Specialist equipment and method

Deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, washrooms and cafeterias needs machines and chemistry that daily housekeeping does not carry. This is the service that brings them.

Work-ready environments

The outcome that matters is not a clean surface but a space people can occupy again — which is why decontamination work is scoped around your return-to-use date.

How we deliver
Mobilised for the day you cannot plan for

Routine cleaning is a schedule. Sanitization is usually a date — a reopening, an audit, a contamination event, a handover. The value is not in doing something housekeeping cannot do, though that is true too; it is in being able to put trained people and specialist equipment on your site quickly, do the work to a defined method, and hand the space back usable. That requires a fleet, trained teams and a standard that does not vary by who turned up.

A fleet, not a callout list

10+ service vehicles carry the machines and materials with the team, so mobilisation is a dispatch decision rather than a procurement exercise.

Trained for the chemistry

Disinfection involves handling risk and dwell times that matter. Directly employed, trained teams working to method is what makes the result repeatable and the process safe.

Documented to a standard

TAG-driven processes and digital systems mean the work performed is recorded — useful when the reason you called was an audit, an incident or a compliance requirement in the first place.

Ask us anything
Questions about Sanitization Services

Frequency and depth. Soft Facilities Services is the daily contracted presence — routine housekeeping, front office, waste handling. Sanitization Services is called in for specialist work: deep cleans, disinfection, decontamination, periodic floor and carpet treatment.

Most sites need both, but they are bought differently. One is a contract; the other is a job with a date attached.

No. The service is on demand, so it can be engaged for a one-off requirement — a reopening, a deep clean before an audit, a post-incident decontamination — whether or not Tenon FM handles your day-to-day facilities.

Clients who do hold a soft services contract often use it as the specialist layer above their routine cleaning.

10+ service vehicles support fast response, carrying the equipment and materials with the team rather than sourcing them per job.

Actual response time depends on the site, the scope and where you are. Give the team the location and the deadline and they can commit to something specific rather than approximate.

Carpets and upholstery, hard floors through mechanised scrubbing and polishing, washrooms, and cafeteria and food service areas — alongside disinfection and general workplace hygiene support.

These are the areas where routine cleaning maintains a surface but does not reach the underlying soiling. Periodic specialist treatment is what resets them.

Tenon FM works across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, offices and public spaces, and cafeteria deep cleaning is an explicit part of the scope.

Clinical and food-handling areas usually carry specific protocols and validation requirements. Raise those at the point of enquiry so the method and chemistry are specified to match rather than assumed.

Yes — TAG-driven processes and digital systems record what was performed. That matters here more than in routine cleaning, because sanitization is often commissioned precisely because of an audit, an incident or a compliance obligation.

If you need evidence in a particular format for a regulator or a client of your own, say so upfront.

Use the Request a quote button. A useful quote needs the area, the surfaces or systems involved, the reason for the clean and your return-to-use deadline.

That last one shapes everything — the same job scoped for a weekend shutdown and for a live building are two different pieces of work.

Facility Support Services

Request a quote

Reliable facility support — professional support for critical day-to-day business operations.

Comprehensive support services that help organisations manage essential non-core functions efficiently, improve coordination and maintain smooth workplace operations. MIS reporting, payroll management, statutory compliance, accounts payable, mail room management, procurement and a program management approach — the administrative work that has to happen accurately every month, handled by professional staff so your own team can stay on the work that grows the business. Structured support for smoother operations.

Why Choose Tenon FM Facility Support?

Statutory compliance, handled

Payroll and statutory obligations are the functions where being nearly right is the same as being wrong. Specialist staff doing them daily catch what an overstretched internal team misses.

MIS reporting you can act on

Structured reporting turns facility spend and activity into something reviewable — so decisions about cost and coverage rest on figures rather than impressions.

Program management approach

Support functions are coordinated as one program rather than run as separate desks, which is what stops procurement, payables and reporting from each holding a different version of the truth.

How we deliver
The work nobody notices until it goes wrong

Payroll, compliance and payables share a property that makes them awkward to staff internally: done well, nobody comments; done badly, it becomes the only thing anyone talks about. They are also rarely anyone's whole job, which is how they end up squeezed between higher-profile priorities. Tenon FM takes them as a coordinated program run by people who do nothing else — so the routine stays routine, and the record exists when someone asks for it.

One program, not seven desks

Procurement, payables, payroll and reporting coordinated together, so the numbers reconcile instead of each function holding its own partial version.

Systems of record

TeNet™ and digital systems hold the process and the history, which is what makes compliance demonstrable at audit rather than something to be assembled afterwards.

Specialists, directly employed

Self-performance applies here as it does on site — the people handling your payroll and compliance are Tenon FM's own staff, working to TAG-driven standards across every location.

Questions about Facility Support Services

It is closer to the second, and worth being clear about. Soft services, engineering and sanitization are delivered to your building. Facility Support is delivered to your operation — payroll, statutory compliance, accounts payable, procurement, MIS reporting and mail room.

Many clients take it alongside on-site services so one provider covers both the building and the administration around it, but it can be contracted on its own.

MIS reporting, payroll management, statutory compliance, accounts payable, mail room management, procurement and program management.

You do not have to take all of them. Scope is configured per client, and it is common to start with the one or two functions that are currently causing the most friction.

Tenon FM. The self-performance model applies here as it does on site — the staff handling these functions are directly employed by Tenon FM, not subcontracted on to a third party.

That matters more in compliance work than almost anywhere else, because the consequences of an error land on you regardless of who processed it.

Through MIS reporting and TeNet™ digital systems, which hold the process and the history rather than leaving it in someone's inbox.

The practical test to apply to any provider: can they show you, at audit, what was done and when — without assembling it retrospectively. That is what a system of record is for.

Tenon Group has been delivering business services since 1995 — over 30 years — and Tenon FM was established in 2008 as part of that group.

In support functions the value is almost entirely in doing it correctly every single month, so depth of experience counts for more here than in most service categories.

Yes. Tenon FM operates across 19,000+ locations in India and the UK, serving 3,000+ clients, with TAG-driven processes designed to keep delivery standardised between locations.

For a multi-site operation that consistency is usually the whole point — the same process and the same reporting format regardless of which city the site is in.

Use the Request a quote button. A useful proposal needs to know which functions you are considering, your headcount, the number of sites and any compliance obligations specific to your industry.

Tenon FM can also review how these functions are handled now and identify where effort is duplicated before you commit to anything.

Engineering Services

Smart engineering services — technical maintenance support for efficient, reliable facility operations.

Tech-enabled engineering services that help businesses maintain critical assets, improve uptime and create safer, more efficient workplaces. Critical systems management, HVAC and electrical services, utilities management, fire safety, AMC support and project management — delivered by well-trained engineers working to reduce downtime and improve site performance. Engineered support for high-performance facilities.

Why Choose Tenon FM Engineering Services?

Reduced downtime

Planned maintenance on critical systems is cheaper than an unplanned stoppage by a wide margin. The service is built around keeping assets running rather than responding once they have failed.

Safer, compliant sites

Fire safety and statutory maintenance are the areas where a gap is not just an operational problem but a legal one. Both sit inside the scope rather than beside it.

Well-trained engineers

Delivered under the same self-performance model as the rest of Tenon FM — directly employed, structurally trained teams, so accountability for a technical failure lands in one place.

How we deliver
Uptime is a maintenance decision, made months earlier

Critical systems rarely fail without warning — they fail after a series of small deferrals nobody logged. That is why engineering FM is less about response time than about what happens on the quiet days: whether the schedule was followed, whether the AMC vendor actually attended, whether the reading that drifted last quarter was noticed. Tenon FM's approach puts that record on systems and puts its own engineers on site, so both the work and the evidence of it exist.

Directly employed engineers

Self-performance rather than subcontracting. On the technical side that matters more than anywhere else — a chain of suppliers is exactly what turns a fault into a fortnight of correspondence.

Tech-enabled maintenance records

TeNet™ and digital systems hold the schedule, the history and the outcome — so compliance can be demonstrated rather than reconstructed when someone asks.

TAG-driven governance

Standardised processes for quality and compliance across every location — which is what makes a multi-site engineering contract behave the same way in Pune as it does in Gurugram.

Ask us anything
Questions about Engineering Services

Critical systems management, HVAC and electrical services, utilities management, fire safety, AMC support and project management.

In short: the technical side of keeping a building running. The people-delivered side — housekeeping, front office, pest control, landscaping — sits under Soft Facilities Services and can be contracted together or separately.

AMC management is part of the scope, which means Tenon FM can administer and oversee the contracts you already hold — tracking attendance, work completed and compliance.

Whether it makes sense to consolidate any of that into direct delivery depends on the asset and the incumbent. Worth reviewing at proposal stage rather than assuming either way.

Yes — fire fighting systems maintenance and compliance support sit inside the scope.

This is the part of engineering FM where a gap stops being an operational issue and becomes a legal one, so it is worth confirming exactly which systems and which statutory checks are covered for your building.

By making maintenance a schedule with a record rather than a reaction. Tenon FM's digital systems hold the plan, the history and the outcome, so deferred work is visible instead of quietly accumulating.

Critical systems rarely fail without warning. They fail after a run of small postponements nobody wrote down.

No. Tenon FM operates a self-performance model — engineers on your site are directly employed and trained by Tenon FM.

On the technical side this matters more than anywhere else. When a system is down, a subcontract chain is what turns a fault into a fortnight of correspondence about whose responsibility it was.

Yes. Project management is part of the scope, covering technical projects, upgrades and installations end to end.

That includes coordinating with the maintenance regime afterwards, so a new system arrives with a schedule rather than becoming an orphan asset.

Use the Request a quote button. A useful proposal needs your asset list, building type and area, operating hours, current AMC arrangements and any statutory obligations specific to your site.

Tenon FM can also review your existing engineering arrangement first and identify where coverage overlaps or is missing before you commit to anything.

Soft Facilities Services

Smarter soft services — reliable support for cleaner, safer and better-managed workplaces.

Integrated soft facility solutions that keep spaces clean, efficient and professionally managed across offices, commercial buildings and institutional environments. Housekeeping, front office support, pest control, landscaping and one-time project cleaning through to waste and inventory management — delivered directly by Tenon FM's own trained teams rather than subcontracted out, and backed by technology and analytics. People-led care for productive spaces.

Why Choose Tenon FM Soft Services?

Self-performance model

Tenon FM's own people deliver the work rather than a chain of subcontractors. That is what makes accountability real — one company answerable for the standard, the training and the outcome.

Tech and analytics powered

TeNet™ and connected digital systems give teams shared knowledge and give you visibility — so service quality is something reported and reviewed, not something taken on trust.

Scope is configured per site. Tenon FM was established in 2008 and is part of Tenon Group. Contact the team for a proposal matched to your building, headcount and operating hours.

How we deliver
People-led care, held to a standard you can see

Most facility contracts fail in the same place: the gap between what was promised in the proposal and who actually turns up on a wet Tuesday in month fourteen. Tenon FM's answer is structural rather than aspirational — deliver with your own people so accountability has somewhere to land, train them to a defined standard, and put the work on systems so performance is visible instead of asserted.

Self-performance, not subcontracting

Direct service delivery keeps accountability with one company. When something slips there is no chain of suppliers to work back through — and consistency over a long contract improves as a result.

Structured training

Skilled on-ground teams supported by formal training and operational expertise — because in soft services the person on site is the product, not an implementation detail.

TeNet™ and TAG-driven quality

Digital systems let teams share knowledge and improve processes, while TAG-driven governance supports quality, compliance and standardised delivery across every location.

Questions about Soft Facilities Services

Housekeeping, front office support, pest control, landscaping, one-time project cleaning, waste management and stores and inventory management.

Soft services covers the people-delivered side of running a building. The technical side — HVAC, electrical, utilities, fire safety — sits under Engineering Services, and can be contracted alongside or separately.

No. Tenon FM operates a self-performance model — the teams on your site are Tenon FM's own, directly employed and trained.

This is worth asking any FM provider, because it decides what happens when standards slip. With a subcontract chain, accountability disperses. With self-performance, one company owns the outcome.

Scope is configured per site. Tenon FM runs 60+ service lines and tailors the package to your business needs, location, profile and operating culture.

Plenty of clients start with a single line and add others as the relationship proves out. Tell the team what the actual gap is rather than asking for a tier.

Through TAG-driven processes for quality, compliance and standardised delivery, supported by TeNet™ and digital systems that let teams share information and track service.

The practical difference is that performance becomes reportable rather than anecdotal — you see how the site is being serviced instead of relying on a walkthrough and a signature.

35,000+ employees across 19,000+ locations, serving 3,000+ clients in India and the UK. Tenon FM was established in 2008 and is part of Tenon Group.

Scale matters in FM for an unglamorous reason: cover. A provider with depth in your city can replace an absent team member the same morning.

Energy management and green facility practices are part of how Tenon FM approaches operations, alongside waste segregation and disposal handling within the soft services scope.

If you have specific ESG reporting requirements, raise them at proposal stage so the scope and reporting are built to match rather than retrofitted.

Use the Request a quote button. A useful proposal needs your building type, area, headcount, operating hours and the services you are considering — the more of that you can share, the more specific the response.

Tenon FM can also review your current arrangement and identify where scope is duplicated or missing before you commit to anything.
