At a time when the demand for instant solutions is at its highest, what are the solutions available in the market today?
Cleaning chemicals occupy almost all of the market today; end users select products based on availability, brand recognition, popularity, as well as distribution. Referrals and the cleaning standards set by other companies play a significant role in the decision-making process. It’s an easy decision because the end-users do not have to upset the apple cart and their personnel is used to the existing conventions. But with the recent emphasis on sustainability and ESG, there has also been a growing desire for cost-effective products that can meet the increasing demands.
How different are the solutions offered by Cizar?
Cizar’s cleaning solutions are chemical-free, which is the complete opposite of the science employed by cleaning chemicals. The current technique is based on the cleaning procedures established by Doctor Sinner, who determined that an acidic or alkaline solution would accomplish the necessary cleaning.
But Cizar’s method makes use of unique live active bio-enzymes; these use a process called bioremediation to destroy the microorganisms that cause odours.

What are your plans for 2024-25?
We have been testing the products in a variety of industries and have established our solutions. The year 2023–24 was a challenging year for us as we attempted to gain traction in a chemical-dominated business. We are expecting a tenfold growth in 2024–25; so this year will be a turning point for us. While last year was about establishing our credibility across industries, this year will be about expanding our business throughout India.
