Complete Cleaning & Drain Declogging Solutions for Kitchens

by Clean India Journal Editor

Uses enzymatic power and multipurpose cleaning solutions

Cloud kitchens, sweet-making units, and restaurant chains often face the challenge of food waste sludge. Even five-star hotels and industrial canteens struggle with the disposal of hardened waste, which can obstruct drainage systems. Surfactants & Allied Chemicals Pvt. Ltd (SAC) has developed an effective solution to tackle clogged kitchen drains and cleaning all types of kitchen surfaces from floors to filters.

Biowaste Liquifier Plus

A concentrated sludge liquefier and declogging solution. It has been successfully implemented in well-known restaurant chains.

Biowaste Liquifier Plus has an alkaline pH and this milky white liquid contains enzymatic agents that penetrate the pores of solidified waste, loosening and liquefying the sludge. Once liquefied, the sludge can be easily carried away through pipes and drains. It also eliminates foul odours.

Application

Ideal for collection chambers, tanks, and piping systems that handle bio-waste (e.g., food, vegetables, oil) in common kitchens, restaurants, and hotels, particularly where blockages frequently occur.

Advantages

•     De-solidifies bio-waste sludge

•     Easy to handle, non-toxic, and biodegradable

•     Deodorizes pits, tanks, and collection chambers, preventing foul smells

•     Repels insects such as flies, cockroaches, mosquitoes, and lizards

•     Helps unclog and unblock pipelines

•     Simplifies the bio-waste removal process

•     Regular use prevents sludge buildup

Biowaste Liquifier Plus is available in 5lt and 50lt HDPE containers and can be stored at room temperature.

SAC Hoods Cleaner

The all-in-one concentrate is a multipurpose cleaning solution formulated for use in hotels, restaurants, and canteens. It effectively handles dishwashing, hood cleaning, floor cleaning, hand cleaning, and sweet plate cleaning.

Typically, kitchen filters are cleaned by soaking in hot water with caustic soda and scrubbing. However, caustic soda can harm the skin and shorten the lifespan of chimney filters. Spillage during handling is also risky, potentially causing burns.

SAC Hoods Cleaner eliminates these issues by being caustic-free. It is easy to handle, non-toxic and non-hazardous. It simple to use for various applications — apply on the surface, leave for a few minutes, scrub with a brush, and rinse with water. Allow to dry.

Specification

•     Hoods/Chimneys: 100ml per litre of water

•     Vessels: 80ml per litre of water

•     Sweet Trays: 60 ml per litre of water

•     Kitchen Floor: 20 ml per litre of water

Note: Dilution ratios are indicative and may vary based on surface condition and cleaning frequency.

Advantages

•     Cleans hoods and chimney filters effectively

•     Restores filters to their original shine

•     Mild surfactant-based, easy to handle

•     No gloves required

•     No burning or damage from spillage

•     Time-saving and economical

•    Available in 5-liter and 50-liter HDPE containers and can be stored at room temperature.
