British facility services provider OCS Group will purchase a minority stake in Central Investigation & Security Services Ltd (CISS) for र37 crore.
OCS Group, had invested र250 crore to acquire stakes in three companies last year — Radiant Hospitality, Absotherm Facility Management Services and another Group company that includes Cannon Hygiene India.
OCS Group provides a full range of services, including engineering, catering, security, cleaning, horticulture, hygiene, waste management and pest control. It employs over 56,000 people worldwide and has reported a turnover of over 800 million pounds.
It is believed that this venture will play a key part in OCS’ growth plan for India. Partnership with CISS will help increase footprint and enable to provide complete service solutions to the Indian clients.
Established in 1985, CISS has a pan-India presence with its headquarters in Mumbai. The company is focused on manpower guarding and security business.
