R A Rajeev has been appointed as the new municipal commissioner of the Thane Municipal Corporation. The charge of additional commissioner of MCGM has been taken over by Aseem Gupta.
Speaking at the farewell function, Swadheen Kshtriya, Municipal Commissioner of MCGM said, “Rajeev is known for his aggressive style of working. He has been instrumental in cleaning up & beautification of wasteland and improving the quality of roads.”
Advocating mechanised cleaning, Rajeev has always interacted with the Cleaning Industry and participated in many of the initiatives facilitated by Clean India Journal to understand the latest international cleaning technology and ways to implement the same to improve cleaning standards. CIJ wishes him the very best in his new endeavour.
