Vacuum cleaner from card board!

Vax, the UK based floorcare brand has unveiled the world’s first ever cardboard vacuum cleaner. Designed by Loughborough University student Jake Tyler, the eco-friendly vacuum cleaner is made from cardboard packaging. Tyler came up with the idea as part of his final year project at the Industrial Design and Technology course with the help from engineers at Vax. The cardboard panels act as the main structure which does not require glue or any adhesive. It is covered in a flame retardant covering for added safety.
