100% hygienic and odourless washrooms: A reality

by Clean India Journal - Editor

Range of machines for cleaning and sanitisation

Harmful germs and bacteria are very common in washroom environments and shared bathrooms further increase the chance of infections and diseases. It is only when the correct methods are used that a surface can be hygienically cleaned and sanitised. A pleasant bathroom environment will not only make your guests happy but will also boost staff morale and save the fabric of the building, in turn reducing ongoing running costs.

Solutions from Charnock Equipments Pvt Ltd:

Powertec is a machine for cleaning and sanitising small and medium-sized restrooms that are open to the public. With Powertec30, restrooms can be completely cleaned, sanitised and left perfumed and dry in a short time, making the cleaning operation more pleasant and effective as well. Using optional tools, Powertec30 can be used as an injection-extraction machine for carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Eveline: An ideal machine to deep clean and completely sanitise all small furnished spaces, including kitchens, restrooms, working areas, offices, walkways, storerooms, changing rooms, kitchens, cafes and restoration areas.

Foamtec is the medium-size model in the range of machines working with Santoemma patented Foamtec system. Foamtec allows one to completely clean and sanitise public restrooms by spraying foam, rinsing and vacuuming. The machine can be used also in places with no drains because it can completely vacuum the water remaining on the floor after rinsing. It is available in 15 litre and 30 litre variants.

The cleaning process is carried out in four stages:

  1. Spraying of chemical solution on the surfaces to be cleaned (walls, sanitary fixtures, showers and panes).
  2. Chemical action
  3. Rinsing with clean water: The system foam + rinse at low pressure requires a minimal quantity of water. This avoids the flooding of rooms and allows a longer working autonomy
  4. Vacuuming of the residual water from floors.

Advantages:

  • Better cleaning and sanitising results
  • The greatest hygienic safety for the worker
  • Reduced labour for the worker
  • Saving of time
  • Reduced water, power and chemical consumption.

Applications:

Restaurants, fast foods outlets, pubs, offices, factories, shopping centres, exhibition halls, cinema theatres, stadiums and arenas, nursing homes, hospitals, schools and universities, public WCs, portable washrooms and all other restrooms open to the public.
