Girbau Group, leading laundry equipment manufacturers from Spain has set up India operations in order to directly service its growing number of clients in India.
Speaking to Clean India Journal from his booth at Texcare 2012 in Frankfurt, Enric Saavedra, International Area Manager, said, “We already have presence in India, but in order to be closer to our customers and provide them laundry solutions directly, we have establish our office in India.” The India operations will be headed by Country Manager Sumeer Peshin.
“Our slogan at Girbau is ‘Grow together’. Being directly in touch with the customers, will enable us to service their needs and grow along with them. While we have solutions to meet small to big laundry requirements, we can offer big extractors, folders, feeders and other equipment for the hotel industry besides specialised requirements of industrial laundries. We also see potential in coin laundry. There is a lot of scope for all our machines in India and hence being present in this growing market is important,” he added.
