Cross-flow Heat Exchangers

The standard V-Plate consists of aluminium or epoxy-coated aluminium plate. Sealing is obtained with permanently elastomeric seal, silicon-free (max. 90°C) or with silicon (max. 200°C). Hard embossing improves heat transfer substantially and more heat can be transferred in a small space. High channel speeds prevent fouling and clogging of the V-Plate. Heat recover system, cross-flow heat exchanger, stainless steel filter in the housing Inspection door – Generally this unit can be fitted on top of the dryer, On Back Wall or a Support Structure and also in some cases on side of the dryer depending on the site conditions as per illustration below. The system can be used for electrical heated, steam heated or gas heated dryers or any other heat source.
