ISS acquires Godrej HiCare

ISS Facility Services India Pvt. Ltd has acquired Godrej HiCare Ltd (GHCL), a subsidiary of Godrej Industries and a leading service provider in pest control services. The acquisition gives ISS access to an extensive network and franchise base built by Godrej HiCare across 18 cities. Commenting on the acquisition, Jolly Kochery, Country Manager, ISS, said, “This acquisition will not only help us to fortify our presence in the Facility Service industry but will also help realize our vision of becoming the number one player in this segment. Despite the economic downturn, we feel that the Godrej HiCare business model has great intrinsic strength and will help us achieve our strategic objectives.”
