The fourth edition of ISSA/Interclean Central & Eastern Europe (May 13-15) organised by Amsterdam RAI in association with ISSA and local partner PSC in Warsaw, Poland, had 182 exhibitors from 25 countries presenting their latest products and services. The number of visitors increased to over 2800 and according to Marek Kowalski, Board President of the Polish Cleaning Association, and co-organizer of the show, the number of negotiated deals outnumbered those made during the previous three editions together.

The Golden Broom Innovations Award demonstrated the international flavour of the show with entries from The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland and Germany. Winner in the category Cleaning Systems, Solutions, Concepts and Chemicals was Daunpol Sp. z o.o. with the NanoClean technology. Czysta Polska Waldemar Kups won the award with their floor washer Clean Time CT 40 Micro-fibra Version in the category ‘Machines and Utensils’. Finally Tork/SCA Hygiene Products was elected winner of the best stand by the visitors.
