L&T Technology Services (BSE: 540115, NSE: LTTS), a global leader in engineering and technology services, and Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC), a world leader in sustainable cleaning solutions, announced a strategic agreement on June 3rd aimed at advancing sustainable new product development in the industrial cleaning sector.
As part of this significant collaboration, LTTS will establish a dedicated state-of-the-art Offshore Development Center (ODC) in India. This center will house a scalable engineering team, specifically tasked with supporting Tennant Company’s initiatives across new product development, product life cycle management and other key business functions.
The partnership is set to accelerate the development of latest industrial cleaning technologies leveraging LTTS’ expertise in embedded systems, the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital engineering to drive enhanced efficiency and sustainability in Tennant’s product portfolio.
The dedicated ODC, staffed by a team of highly skilled engineers, will concentrate on boosting Tennant’s product innovation, optimizing performance and integrating smart automation into its range of industrial cleaning solutions. Furthermore, this alliance will foster broader innovation in emerging markets, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region.
