Sodexo’s Training Programme

Sodexo has developed an unique programme on basic Housekeeping for the hearing and speech impaired recently. The programme comprised of Food & Beverage Services, Etiquette, Grooming, Behavior and Customer Contact Skills. The training was conducted at Sodexo’s Center for Learning and Development (CLD) with an objective to provide employment to the hearing and speech impaired. Dilip Lalwani, Vice President – Food Service Operations (North & West), Sodexo India said that, “The trainees were also motivated to explore new avenues and oppurtunity to improve upon their position in society.”
