Terminix, America’s largest pest control provider, has entered into a joint venture with Security and Intelligence Services (India) Ltd to serve both residential and commercial segments. Terminix and SIS will bring several decades of experience to this JV. Terminix will provide technical expertise and knowledge of the termite and pest control industry, while SIS will provide its understanding of the Indian marketplace, along with its extensive infrastructure and customer base. Based in New Delhi, SIS Group is India’s leading security and business support services with pan-India presence. In 2008, Terminix’s parent company, ServiceMaster, entered into a relationship with SIS through its ServiceMaster Clean brand.
