A.L.L. Services Under 1 Roof (India) Pvt Ltd 20 years on…

In a gala function on August 10, All Services celebrated its 20th anniversary marking the company’s success saga from humble beginnings to a multi-million rupee enterprise.

What started as a small housekeeping company with 10 workers in 1990 has more than 15,000 employees on its roll now. From a housekeeping service provider, All Services has graduated into a solutions provider for integrated facility management with nine branches and sites across the country. The company which reported a turnover of र83 crores in 2009-10 is poised for a big jump and expected to register a growth in its top line to र140 crores in 2010-11. It has set a new target of र200 cores for the year 2011-12.

A gathering of over 400 people, consisting of All Services staff from across India besides clients and vendors, converged at the Terapanth Bhuvan in Mumbai. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Deputy Mayor of Mumbai Shailaja Girkar. She hailed the business acumen and outstanding achievement of Sonal Chitroda, Managing Director and founder promoter of All Services. Appreciating the outstanding contribution made by her, she expressed the confidence that the company is going to grow fast.

In her address, Sonal Chitroda elaborated on the progress made by the company during the last two decades. “We started from a small office and now have moved on to a five-storey building premises at a prime business area in Goregaon, Mumbai.” Unveiling the roadmap laid out for the future growth of the company, Sonal elaborated on the importance of training its manpower. Some of the major plans of All Services include foray into Industrial Laundry and Environment Management besides taking up operations overseas. It is also planning to establish a Training Institution.

Felicitating clients, vendors and other stakeholders of the company, Sonal expressed confidence that they would continue with their support to enable the company not only maintain its quality of services but also improve and grow further.

Marking the achievements made by the company, an in-house magazine, Soul of ALL, was released during the function. The function also presented prayers and light entertainment programmes. A musical evening was celebrated by the staff.
