1. Price Basis: For BIAL
2. Transportation, Packaging, Forwarding, Freight: NIL
3. Delivery: As applicable
4. Payment terms: Within 30 days from the receipt of materials at our site and acceptance of the same by the user
5. Insurance: In supplier scope
6. Certificates: Manufacturer Name, testing certificate, etc.
7. Specification details: To be specified perfectly
8. Sealed OEM packing and dispenser & diluter to be provided
9. Product quality and performance to consistently match during all supplies as per the demonstrated samples & accepted dilution ratio, any deviations will be rejected and to be replaced at your own cost.
10. Also, it is recommended that all the products shall be biodegradable and eco-friendly in accordance with environmental protection act.
