Call centre software for FabricSpa

Gurgoan based Drishti-Soft Solution Pvt Ltd has chosen Ameyo software as the Call Center Technology for FabricSpa, a venture of Jyothy Fabricare Services Ltd (JFSL). The software enables a centrally managed multi-site contact center network for FabricSpa. The award-winning call center software would be helping JFSL in setting up their customer support centres across major cities in India for their premium retail laundry care services.

FabricSpa is a membership -based laundry service, which includes a door-to-door pickup and delivery facility. Apart from retail clients, JFSL’s business comes from the corporate segment such as airlines, hotels and service apartments.

The software would help to consolidate the customer interactions across main service station, quick service stations & various collection and delivery stations irrespective of the geographical distribution. The integration of Ameyo with the existing business applications would result in run-time coordination with the field team with updates on the daily delivery/pickup schedules.
