With over 70 products in the manufacturing line, Haylide Chemicals Pvt Ltd has commenced production at its new manufacturing facility that has been constructed with sustainable features.
“The factory made as per the international standards in keeping with the GMP norms has a capacity of 900,000 litres per annum depending on the product mix,” said Nitin Bhatnagar, Head – Operations & Business Development. An ISO 9001 certified and FDA licensed, the products cater to the housekeeping, pharma, medical, F&B industrial hygiene, luxury personal care and laundry sectors.
The roof of the factory is made of self-supporting steel which does not corrode/rust or gather dust and the flooring is vacuum dewatered concrete-coated along with epoxy, which is seamless and can be cleaned easily.
Explaining the air circulation system, Nitin said, “The main production facility made with concrete roof is equipped with a positive air-pressure system. In this system, an air-filtration unit with HEPA filter is placed outside which pumps filtered air to the roof. Part of the air is pumped inside, recycled and the temperature is controlled. With this system, outside air is not allowed to come in and this way dust does not enter the room.”
There are four different laboratories for instrumentation, micro-biology, in-process testing and for chemicals. “We are not only selling good products but are also good manufacturers,” added Nitin.
