Insurance for outsourced workers

All the 20,000 outsourced employees working in the health and sanitation wings of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) have been covered by the Road Accident Policy (Group Personal Accident Policy with Hospitalisation) with immediate effect. For this the GHMC has reached an agreement with National Insurance Company Limited. In case of fatality, permanent total disablement /loss of two limbs/two eyes/ one limb and one eye, payment of 100% of the sum assured under PA section will be made to the victim. In case of loss of one limb/one eye, 50% of the sum assured under PA section will be paid.
